not enough space. The worlds population is exploding from 6,5 billion
today to an expected 9 billion before the year 2050. The maternity ward

is one of the main contributors to overpopulation in the Philippines."

With images from Denmark and
the "Mohammed cartoon affair as the focus in a clash of civilizations.
There is talk of a new Denmark, a new departure, a country where the immigrants
are transforming and dividing public opinion and perception. There is
talk of a struggle between Europe and Islam, Christians and Muslims, and
between a past, present and future Denmark."
Linda Henriksen also took the winning 'Daily Life' image(from
Christiana) and Feature Story : "Denmark pictures:
They are out there everyday, 'the immigrants'. Are
they a threat or can they adapt, is it a cultural shift or cultural migration,
danger or peace?"

clashed with police on Saturday the 16th December protesting the sale
